Fostering Collaboration Between Community and Command

The Pacific Air Forces Civilian Advisory Council (AFCAC) is a nonprofit organization with over 30 years of service, providing independent, civilian guidance on community matters to the Commander of Pacific Air Forces. Our mission is to foster collaboration, understanding, and support between Hawaii’s community and the Pacific Air Forces, serving as a bridge that strengthens relationships and enhances mutual understanding.

AFCAC is comprised of approximately 60 distinguished leaders from Hawaii’s diverse industries, including tourism, engineering, retail, architectural design, construction, food supply, banking, and public relations.
